• You may be responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are usually non-refundable.
• Returned items must be in the original condition with the original packing.
• Certain worn items are not eligible for refunds (fedoras, certainly).
• Some sale items are not refundable, this will be indicated at the time of purchase.
• Due to the unique nature of on-demand production, some items can only be exchanged.
